1xbe Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the 1xbe platform available at 1xbe.vip (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 1xbe Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 1xbe Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 1xbe or any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 1xbe, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets on the Platform.

1xbe reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

To access the full features of the 1xbe Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, and to update such information promptly if it changes.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 1xbe Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must notify 1xbe immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• 1xbe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 1xbe account or any rights therein to any third party.
• 1xbe reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, 1xbe may require you to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

1xbe supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved channels. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the 1xbe Platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as part of our AML compliance procedures.
• 1xbe aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within approximately three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 1xbe reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting supporting documentation.
• Any funds deposited through fraudulent means, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

1xbe offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 1xbe reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer will specify applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 1xbe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software – will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed on the 1xbe Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published within the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 1xbe does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, or game outcomes, 1xbe reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and game type. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• 1xbe uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake will be refunded.
• Winnings will be credited to your 1xbe account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.

1xbe covers a wide range of betting markets relevant to Filipino players, including PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, horse racing, and sabong, among others. Market availability is subject to change without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1xbe Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing or any form of cheating.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1xbe staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

All content on the 1xbe Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 1xbe or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 1xbe.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 1xbe's intellectual property may result in legal action. The 1xbe name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 1xbe and may not be used without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbe, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 1xbe shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content or game outcomes resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 1xbe's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 1xbe's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1xbe account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1xbe is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect and process personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with KYC, AML, and other regulatory obligations.

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating the closure of your account.
• Extended periods of account inactivity, as defined in our account management policy.

Upon termination for cause, 1xbe reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach on your part, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting 1xbe customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to you accordingly.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 1xbe's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the 1xbe Platform shall be conducted in the English language and within the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines.
